Refund policy

At Avoice Club, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or damages.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@avoice.club with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
If the exchange is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost.

4. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with the status of your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
We may request photos to verify the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
Items marked as “final sale”
Customized or personalized items
Products purchased during special promotions unless defective (see section 8)

8. Special Promotions, Contests & Giveaways

Orders placed as part of special promotions — including the “First Order Wins – Full Cart Refunded” dynamic — follow their own rules and do not qualify for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Only the officially verified first order, confirmed by Avoice Club’s internal timestamp systems, is eligible for the promotional full refund.

Customers who place orders but are not the first cannot claim cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks based on participation in the promotion.

Attempting to abuse the promotion (including false refund claims or chargebacks) may result in:

order refusal,
loss of eligibility for future promotions,
and permanent removal from early access lists.

All decisions regarding winner verification and promotional eligibility are final and binding.
