1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defects or damages.

2. How to Return an Item

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@avoice.club with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If the exchange is for a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to process your claim.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
    • Customized or personalized items
